KVUT 99.7 FM in Tyler, TX, Has Ceased Operations.
The University of Texas at Tyler College of Arts and Sciences says its KVUT 99.7 FM has ceased operations.
According to a news release, the public broadcaster went off the air at 5pm Central time on Friday (May 24).
The university has retained Tideline Partners to explore options for the station, Founder Greg Guy tells Inside Radio.

Pillar Media Expands in Denver Market
The pending purchase will expand the Pillar Media group to five local radio stations, including WAWZ/Middlesex-Somerset-Union (STAR 99.1), WAKW/Cincinnati (STAR 93.3) and KPOF/Denver (AM 910).
